This is the list of new releases for the month of May 2014 I am looking forward to:

Alexis Morgan – A reason to love – Snowberry Creek 3
Alyssa Day – The Unforgiven – League of the Black Swan 2
Cherry Adair – Slow Burn
Christine Feehan – Air Bound – Sisters of the Heart 3
Clive Cussler – Ghost Ship – Numa Files 12 HC
Debbie Macomber – On a clear day
Gini Koch – Alien Collective – Katherine Kitty Katt 9
Heather Blake – The Goodbye Witch – Wishcraft Mystery 4
Nora Roberts – Shadow Spell – Cousins O’Dwyer 2
Nora Roberts – A change of plans
Jean Johnson – The Guild – Guardians of Destiny 3
Jenn Bennett – Banishing the Dark – Arcadia Bell 4
Theresa Romain – To charm a naughty Countess
Jude Deveraux – True Love – Nnantucket Brides 01

I have already read my ARC’s of Alien Collective and Banishing the Dark!
This month, I really can’t wait for Air Bound by Christine Feehan.

I have read a total of 19 books and 2 novella’s this month. I was having internet problems and other problems and was just not in the mood to read, review or read blogs. Which is why I am behind 2 weeks now and slowly trying to catch up.

Did I match my reading solutions for last month? No, I failed in two of my challenges.
I have read only 1 cozy mystery instead of 2:
- Riley Adams – Delicious and Suspicious

5 books longer than 1 year on my shelf, 2 new ones and 3 re-reads:
- Heather Graham – The Seance
- Heather Graham – Deadly Night
- Laurell K. Hamilton – Affliction
- Laurell K. Hamilton – Kiss the Dead
- Laurel K. Hamilton – Divine Misdemeanors

no books I have won;

and for my Kindle freebie/Nora Roberts challenge:
- Nora Roberts – The Next Always

  1. I had a good month cos I was sick one week

    1. I can read a lot when sick, but mostly I stick to comfort re-reads.

  2. That's so nice! Many great books! I have the Heather Blake books but I still need to get into them.

    1. O that is such a fun series Melliane. I know you will enjoy them.

  3. LOL. I think it's fantastic that 19 books and two novellas is a bad reading month for you. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand, but so few people set such high reading goals--LOVE it.

    1. I blame my addiction to Masterchef Australia Jessica. And now I have started season 3 ... and will be gone for a whole week to Germany ...

  4. That's a good challenge - books that have been on your shelf longer than a year! I really need to start doing that as well :)

    1. Yes, it does work and you will find some treasures for sure Karina.

  5. I loved Shadow Spell and hope your next Graham book delights you!

    1. I sure hope so Kimba, but for now, a little break of the ghosts.

  6. There are so many good releases this coming month. Looking forward to a lot of them though will have to read em in June since the month is so crazy.

    1. Yes, I usually can't read them all at once either Anna. But someday they will be read :)
